A Restorative Healing Retreat for Women.
October 11-14, 2024
Steelville, MO, USA
A weekend for release, connection, and restoration.
It’s been a long few years, and you. are. TIRED. You are carrying not only your stuff, but everyone else’s, while trying to be the best you can at everything you do. It’s too much, but you can’t tell anyone that.
I see you. I get you. I feel you.
You deserve a break.
Come, set your 100 pound backpack down. Rest, and release what is not serving you. Receive relief, nourishment, love, and connection. Leave feeling restored, energized, and with a new level of Self awareness, understanding, and love.
Held during October’s full Hunter’s moon, this is sure to be a powerful healing experience. We’ll gather at a beautiful, luxury home on the Meramac River in beautiful Steelville, MO. Together, we’ll bask in nature’s natural healing properties, and join one another in fun, connection, healing, and some much needed time away from the hustle and bustle of expectation, performance, and the never-ending-1000-things-todo-list.

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Jean Ricks-Ayer (she/her) is a St. Louis based professional counselor and holistic healing practitioner, who utilizes trauma-informed, embodied therapeutic approaches, Reiki, and breathwork with the intention of supporting individuals as whole beings.
In her years as a therapist, she has learned that healing requires so much more than talking, that at our core, we all desire connection and belonging, and that true healing happens at the intersection of mind, body, and soul.
Jean holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from University of Missouri-St. Louis, is Usui Reiki trained, and breathwork certified under David Elliot, intuitive energy healer.
Outside of her role as healing practitioner, Jean loves spending time in her garden, supporting local pollinators, walking her dogs in the local park, finding answers in the trees, and peace in the stars. Jean is a member of the LGBTQ+ community and avid supporter of equity and human rights for all.
ABOUT YOUR CHEF
Chef Mindy Jahn (she/her) loves food, and from where she stands, food is the Great Connector across generations, cultures, and ethnicities. Mindy is an experienced gluten-free chef and is genuinely happy to accommodate any dietary needs. Her professional experience includes fine dining, catering, restaurant work and working as a private Chef.
